Who sells

The seller is RAZON_SOCIAL, tax number NIF, address DIRECCION. You can write to us at EMAIL_CONTACTO.

What you are buying

You buy a physical NFC device and access to the dashboard where you see how your venue's reviews change.

The device does not contain your venue's link: it contains a link to our redirect service, and the mapping to your Google listing lives in our system. That is why you can change venue or Google profile from the dashboard without buying another plate.

The dashboard is included in the price of the device, with no monthly fee. If we launch paid services later they will be optional and will not affect what you have already bought.

We do not filter reviews

Every customer who taps the plate goes straight to your Google review page. We do not ask how their visit went first, we do not divert anyone, and we offer no feature that would allow it. Filtering reviews breaches Google's policies and can get those reviews removed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros with VAT included, as is standard practice in Spain. Delivery costs are calculated before payment and shown separately.

In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Spanish VAT does not apply. Local taxes and duties apply instead and are the buyer's responsibility.

We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How the contract is formed

The order is concluded when you complete payment and receive our confirmation email. That email is your proof of purchase.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will tell you before shipping and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We issue an invoice for every order. If you need a tax number on it, enter it on the payment screen.

Delivery

We ship within Spain. Times and costs are set out on the delivery page.

If circumstances outside our control stop us delivering within the stated time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have fourteen calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason, under article 102 of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act.

On top of that we give you thirty days as a commercial decision, with no exclusion for discounted items and with the return label paid by us. The details are on the returns page. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Products carry a three year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under article 120 of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act. If a product is not as it should be, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

Using the dashboard

You agree to enter only your staff's first names in the dashboard, and no further personal data. The public standings link shows only what you enter.

You can revoke that link at any time from the dashboard.

Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the redirect service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or accept responsibility for outages at third parties such as Google.

We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews. The result depends on your customer volume and on whether your team uses the device.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
