Mainland Spain and the Balearics

Free delivery, no minimum order. Arrives 24 to 48 working hours after the parcel leaves us.

Carrier: TRANSPORTISTA. You get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Canary Islands

We ship to the Canaries with a €12,90 surcharge, shown on the payment screen before you confirm. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days.

The Canary Islands sit outside the Spanish VAT territory. The order travels without Spanish VAT, and any IGIC, duties or customs handling charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Ceuta and Melilla

We do not currently ship to Ceuta or Melilla from the shop. If you are there, write to EMAIL_CONTACTO and we will arrange it with a specific shipping quote.

Outside Spain

For now we only sell within Spain. If you want several devices for venues in another country, write to us and we will look at it case by case.

When your order goes out

Orders placed Monday to Friday before HORA_CORTE go out the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day.

There is no manufacturing or programming step per order: we take a unit off the shelf and send it. You link it to your business when you activate it.

If something goes wrong

If the parcel does not arrive within the stated time, write to EMAIL_CONTACTO and we will chase the carrier. If it is lost, we send another at no cost.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the picture. It makes the claim easier and costs you nothing.
