Thirty days, with no exclusion for discounted items

You have thirty calendar days from receiving your order to return it. You do not have to explain why.

We do not exclude reduced or discounted items. If we sold it to you, we will take it back. That is deliberate, and it is the difference between us and most of this market.

Your fourteen legal days are separate

As a consumer you have fourteen calendar days of statutory withdrawal, under article 102 of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act. Our thirty days are a commercial guarantee on top of that right. They never replace or shorten it.

How to return

It is short:

• ·Write to EMAIL_CONTACTO or message TELEFONO_WHATSAPP on WhatsApp saying you want to return
• ·We send you the return label, paid by us
• ·Stick the label on the parcel and drop it at the point we tell you
• ·As soon as the parcel reaches us, we start the refund

The refund

We refund the full amount, including any standard delivery you paid, to the same method you used. If you paid by Bizum, to the same number.

We process it within fourteen calendar days of receiving the product, and usually the same day. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank.

What condition it has to come back in

It just has to be complete and in a state we could resell. Having tried it in your venue, stuck and unstuck the plate, or taken the card out of its sleeve is not a problem: that is what we sent it for.

We can only refuse a return if the product arrives broken through clearly improper use.

Faulty products

If the device arrives damaged or stops working, write to us and we send a replacement at no cost, without waiting for the first one back. This is separate from the thirty days: the legal guarantee of conformity runs for three years.

What happens to your account

If you return all your devices, your account and your review history stay in place in case you come back. If you would rather we deleted them, tell us and we will.
